I called here to see if I could get a better price then Kroger was giving me. Not only did I get a better price WITHOUT insurance then Kroger gave me WITH insurance, but the customer service was EXCELLENT. I'll be using Quality Care going forward. They were fast and more helpful then I ever would have expected. Thank you!

Another MAJORLY helpful, caring, and unique quality in this pharmacy is that they will deliver your meds..FOR FREE..same day, if you are too unwell to drive there. That is something that no other pharmacy offers and makes being sick easier, and speaks volumes about what a different and patient/customer-based, caring, well-run place Mr. Craig has here and I am blessed having them!
I am on numerous meds, being chronically ill since childhood and have done business with many pharmacies and never have I had a better experience!! They blow away all competition in their customer service, ease of transferring over, prompt refills/fills, and there are always knowledgeable people that you can call, anytime..no waiting, for any questions and one of the only places where you feel like their most-valued customer.

I will say this...I drive out of the way to get my prescriptions filled here. They have always been friendly and accommodating...even when they didn't have enough to fill my order, they went beyond the call to make sure I was taken care of...the wait time has always been minimal. I spent more time waiting in line at Wal-Mart than it took to fill my order here. It's definitely worth the trip. Once you go...the big box stores will never be missed.

The staff is beyond helpful in every situation. They have go above and beyond to get prescriptions and non-prescriptions for our family at prices better than any other place. Dr. Craig helped find us options to reduce the outrageous price of a few prescriptions we were just going to do without when learning the price at our previous pharmacy. He saved us thousands (no exaggeration)this last year. Businesses aren't run this way anymore. It is such a breath of fresh air to walk in and they know your name and genuinely care about your family!!!!
