As soon as I walked in the door, the place reeked of old food. I come into the office at 5:30, 30 minutes before closing. The manager, a 400lb+ man was basically too lazy to look at the reservation and took my name and told me because I have a debit card and not an actual credit card that they cant rent to me.
This is by far the best experience and fastest service I've ever had renting a vehicle. The employees were very personable, very helpful and listened to me! The car was great too. I will only use Enterprise when it comes to renting a vehicle.
I'm still angry and disgusted that a company that I have well over 10K to over the years would treat me as such.
I will never do business with Enterprise Rent-A-Car again and would not recommend anyone using the location in Wylie, TX at 1201 HWY 78. The manager is sickening and has no business running anything.
Derek and Amy were more than helpful, took an extra step to listen to my comments about my rental and gave me exceptional service. I have never met them before, but we now have a good partnership for providing me greater service. Very nice people with excellent listening skills both for me and the company they represent.
The lady over the phone that took my reservation comments that I have been using them since the early 90's. She changed my address in the system to show that I was no longer at my original address. All of which are in the Dallas, TX area, since I was born and raised.
I paid for the rental of a compact car. I received a 4 door Mitsubishi Mirage which is the exact car Enterprise pictures on their website for an Economy car. I told the rep I selected a compact car & not the smallest. He said the smallest only has 2 doors & he could get me in a van if I need something bigger. The cost between the 2 vehicle classes is not large but I want what I pay for. If the mirage is a compact car then Enterprise should remove it as the picture for the economy car. If it's in fact an economy car, Enterprise needs to train its reps to be honest. I also never received the rental contract which was suppose to be emailed.
The manager was so lazy and throwing around his weight that he was the manager and on some weird power trip over renting a car...
I called the local number, but was routed to a location in another state. She confirmed my reservation and said I could go to the location in Wylie and pick up my car.
This enterprise is amazing and extremely helpful. They always know what I need and go way and above for me. Thank you so much for making my trips easier...
